Lifeline Training Services was created from a simple belief: everyone deserves the opportunity to learn skills that can save a life, build a career, and change their future. What began as one person’s passion for helping others has grown into a training organization dedicated to providing quality education, experienced instructors, and a supportive path for people who are ready to take the next step and win at life.

The Lifeline Story

My name is Ron Williams, and Lifeline was born from a change that transformed my life. After spending much of my professional life as a tattoo artist, I found a new calling in EMS—one that gave me the opportunity to help people during some of the most difficult and critical moments of their lives. I have been an EMT for several years and, for the past four years, I have had the privilege of teaching and preparing others to enter this field. What started as a personal change in direction became a deeper purpose: dedicating my life to helping the sick, the injured, and the people who need someone to step up when it matters most.

I built Lifeline Training around that same purpose. I have brought together a team of instructors who are not only knowledgeable and experienced, but who genuinely care about teaching, mentoring, and seeing their students succeed. We don’t want our students to simply pass a test or earn a certification—we want them to win at life, build confidence, discover their potential, and walk away knowing they have the skills and opportunity to make a difference. Lifeline is about creating a path forward, one student at a time, and reminding people that sometimes the biggest change in your life begins when you decide to answer the call.
